SOLD OUT OPENING NIGHT!

We SOLD OUT OPENING NIGHT of Desires and Desiderations last night! Nice. Sweet. Thank you to all of you who came out this evening. Thank you to all of you will come out tomorrow night and Sunday night. I’m feeling extremely honored to be sharing the stage with Judith Kajiwara. She is  an AMAZING POWERFUL Butoh performer, as are her co-artists, PJ Hirabayashi and Lipton Mah. You must come see her, and them. She’s performing different pieces tomorrow night and Sunday night, so I’d recommend coming to both shows. Absolutely fantastic. I can’t stop looking at all the 190 pictures I took of her one piece. I’m not exaggerating.

The Honorable Consul General of Japan is coming to our performance tonight! Wow! I hope each of you, my dear friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and strangers off the street will also grace us with your presence.

And, Yes. Yes. I will be performing the first section of Aawara, la Vagabonda tonight, Saturday, at NOHspace, as well as on Sunday, tomorrow, at Subterranean Arthouse. Several people have asked me and have told me it isn’t clear that I’m performing on all three nights. This is to confirm. YES. 🙂
